How important is it to buy Made in USA toys?

When we buy little toys we dont normally even check. But, with big ticket items we always make sure we are getting made in the USA. Her toy house, tricycle, toddler bed and swing set all made in the USA. Well, my husband is pretty set in getting my daughter a new rocking horse for her birthday. I asked online and got some good answers and some were made in USA… BUT, he wants a horse. So I have been looking online and I like the Radio Flyer Blaze horse, but i have found that plastic parts are made in the US and metal in China, so this is half an half. Should I just get her a good old American wooden horse or get the Radio Flyer?

I never even check where my daughters toys are made.

She does have a rocking horse, 2 actually. But they were both homemade and passed down through the family.
