I like a lot of your imagery! This in particular:

“grimacing daisies.
Willing up the earth,
a flower which would not be
stiff with the venom of
a surplus to requirements snake
oozing out of its torso.
Soon enough limbs begin to shudder
in the rich and sultry way of a
broken down elevator.”

The main thing I would work on is clarity. The three things that any writing absolutely must have are clarity, honesty, and originality. In. That. Order.
If something is unclear, people won’t want to read more because they don’t want to think super hard to figure it out. A general rule is to meet the reader half way. Tell them just enough to let them feel smart and figure the rest out on their own. So it’s good that you didn’t absolutely spell out the meaning of your poem–that would make it too esoteric. But you are instead on the other end of the spectrum.
Something you could do to improve this is tie your ideas together a little better. What “binding tie” do you mean? Describe this; if your description is sufficient, you don’t even need to say it’s a “binding tie.” For that matter, I don’t even know what a binding tie is.
Also, traffic lights generally don’t warm. If you’re using this as a metaphor, make it more clear. If not, cut it.

EDIT: To all of the people on here saying the poem is no good, shut up. She didn’t ask for your opinion, she asked for a CRITIQUE. According to dictionary.com, it is a detailed evaluation or review. Whether you LIKE the poem or not is irrelevant.
