What is your baby getting for Christmas?
I got my son a folding couch, mooing bowling set, rock-n-roll tricycle, a v-tech acb book, books for his stocking, a pool for next summer and some sand toys, beach balls, and life-vest. I’m dividing up the presents between his b-day and Christmas (his birthday is the 27th and he will be 1) do you think I should get him a few more presents? I think the couch and tricycle will be for Christmas along with the beach toys and pool and the v-tech book and bowling set for his birthday. Do you think this sounds good? I was thinking about getting a small box of bath toys or a few of the soft monster trucks that are for ages 12 months and up. What do you think? What is your baby getting?
Or should I give him the tricycle and v-tech book for Christmas and the bowling set and couch for his b-day? The tricycle and couch might not be very exciting to play with on Christmas. What do you think?
My daughter will turn 5 months old on the 28th of December, so she won’t remember much. Money is horrible right now and will be for the foreseeable future (over $30,000 in medical bills and I have to quit my job in January to student teach, which I don’t get paid for).
I am going to buy her or my two step-daughters one present with every paycheck I get (every two weeks) so that I don’t have to come up with the money all at once. Plus, my parents are going to get her all kinds of stuff, so I’m not worried that she will have nothing.
So far, I bought my daughter a book called “Take Me Out of the Bathtub and Other Silly Songs.”
