Tricycle Exercise

Thinking about getting an adult tricycle – any thoughts or advice?

I have mild Cerebral Palsy and my poor balance prevents me from being able to ride a 2-wheeled bike. I’m 25 and I’m thinking about getting an adult tricycle for the enjoyment and exercise benefits. However, I’m not looking forward to the stares, whispers, and questions. And I don’t want people to assume that I’m mentally challenged. I know that I shouldn’t care what people think but let’s be honest here – adult trikes are pretty goofy looking right?

I would ride one! I’m 21 and I have a 2 year old. It would be easier to ride one of these beside her slower and not worry about having to stop and stand up every 30 seconds while she catches up on her trike. I wouldn’t worry too much about other people and what they think or say.
