Schwinn Three Wheel Bikes

What kind of bike is this?

It is a two piece bike with 20 inch wheels I believe! Looks like the mark left by the head badge could have been a schwinn but it is missing! I have the serial number on the bottom bracket but there are a few of sets of numbers, one is a number a letter and 6 more numbers, another is just 4 numbers, and the other one is three numbers and a – and 6 more numbers! On the forks it has what looks like a cross! I’ve seen some Schwinn’s that have an arrow type emblem on the forks but this one looks like a cross type emblem! Isn’t that an older Schwinn emblem or is it another kind of bike all together?
