Electric Tricycle
Are electric powered tricycles street-legal to ride on the side of the road in Colorado?
I was wondering if my electric tricycle is street legal or just has the same laws as a bicycle in the state of Colorado. All I know is that it has two 12v batteries and goes no faster than 15mph max.
Not it would be illegal because in 2009 Colorado adopted a new law that banned this types of electric toys from being operated on the streets.
