Electric Tricycle Bike

I’m seeking an electric scooter or bike, that will travel at least 40 miles a day, and go at least 35 mph.

If you know of an exceptional electric scooter or bike, or tricycle, or if you know of a kit to build one, please let me know.. My goal is to build or buy a solar recharging station for this , so please let me know if that is available also… I’m not looking for a toy. I’m 59 years ol, I weigh 185 pounds; I need a high quality , well engineered electric transportation system that is comfortable to ride and will last for many years.
I did find a Vectrix maxi motor scooter on the Net, which seems to be everything I’m asking for. Please, has anyone out there tried it?
