Bike Shorts
Would the cops take you to jail in bike shorts?
If the cops arrested you and you had on only bike shorts would that be the way that they take you to jail?
would they place you in shackles as well?
would the cops care if you truly don’t want to be going to jail dressed that way?
Would I be getting my mug shots taken wearing them then I take it?
officers don’t give tow shakes what you are wearing or not wearing when you are arrested.
i know officers who have arrested people in the buff. they will put a sheet down or try to get shorts for you if you are your own house but they don’t care either way.
they only put you in shackles/leg restraints if you are kicking at them or trying to kick out the windows of the patrol car.
again it doesn’t matter if you are naked, fully clothed or just in bike shots.
