Bike Noise Maker
Are “noise making objects” allowed in High school basketball ?
Are you allowed to bring “noise making objects” (cowbells, bike horns, thundersticks, etc) to a high school basketball game. My school wants to become on of the loudest places to play private school 3A basketball. I brought a cowbell to one of the games but my athletic director took it away from me because it was a artificial noise maker. BUT he allowed kids to bring megaphones to the game.
i know for a fact that noise making objects are not allowed at the michigan basketball state finals. im guessing its up to the AD or it could even be in the rules im not quite sure. Megaphones are allowed b/c chearleaders can use them and they only magnafy your voice, its not an artificial sound
