Should i bike ride before my weigh-in at work?
At my work we are having a “biggest loser” competition and every week we have a weigh-in on friday morning…part of my exercise regime is to bike ride to work and back everyday…i’m wondering if i should leave my bike at home on weigh-in day because i’ve read things that say weight lifting before weigh-in can retain water? would this be true in my case with my legs doing alot of work (i don’t drink or eat anything before weigh in as well so i’ve factured those things out)
You really should have some breakfast every morning.
If only some fruit especially an apple.
