Bike Drink Holder
When riding a bike are you suppose to get off your bike to drink the water or grab the water as your riding?
I cant grab my water out of the bottle holder cause it makes me lose control and leaves me with only one hand while riding.
here is the key
[which i am surprised no one else has said yet]
1. put both hands near the CENTER of the handlebars
2. let go with one hand
3. grab water and drink with the other
4. replace bottle
5. replace hand
6. move hands back to where they were
the key is to have the one remaining hand near the center of the bars
that way you are more stable
or just learn to ride with no hands
if you learn that you can do anything while riding
unzip or zip clothes
eat
make notes
read a book
type an email 
seriously, it is useful to be able to ride with no hands
it;s also easier if you ever get clipless pedals, they hold your feet to the pedals at least
also – bike is more stable at higher speeds
i can;t ride with no hands under 10 mph
it;s also more stable for one-handed moves like drinking water
but – no real cyclist has to stop and get off the bike just to drink water
