Bicycle Umbrella Holder
Are bicycle umbrella holders only used by old ladies?

I’ve never heard of such a thing. Do they really exist?
All the people on bikes that I see using umbrellas are holding them with one hand while trying to control the bike with the other. It’s illegal as hell, but as no-one ever enforces such things it makes no difference.
The main problem comes when they’re also cycling down the wrong side of the road. Especially if it’s dark. Especially if they have no lights.
They regularly cause accidents through all 3 of those crimes, and it wouldn’t surprise me in the least to see someone doing all 3 at the same time.
If there is such a thing as a bicycle umbrella holder, it should be made mandatory for all cyclists. But they’d never bother enforcing it, so what the heck.
