Bicycle Trainer
Can you use a bicycle trainer with a bike that has “Quick Release” wheels?
Most of the modern trainers are made to work with quick release wheels. It’s either taking off the front wheel and placing the forks onto the t-styled post and bolting the the mid section to the trainer to stabilize it or mounting the rear wheel in between a clamping device with no wheel removal. These trainers should be able to fit 26″ tired MTB or 700c road bikes.
