Bicycle Storage Hooks
Questions on rooms in a house?
I saw a home being sold and it said it had 7 rooms a living,dining,kitchen,family and 4 bedrooms. Wouldn’t that be 8 rooms? Or could two rooms be combined. I have been to other houses where the seller throws a table in the corner in a kitchen and then counts that as a dining room . So could that be the cause in regards to this house. The seller is trying to count the part of the kitchen as a dining room because they have a table somewhere in the room. There was one place an apartment I saw and it had large hooks for bicycles in a hallway but in the ad for the place they said it was a Bike Storage room.I know sellers would use lots a creative words to sell a place.
I think the seller is exaggerating, ordinarily rooms are counted if they have separate heating/air conditioning ducts. There may be a dinning nook in a kitchen but it won’t count as a room.
