Advice on shopping for a bicycle?
I am currently shopping for a new bicycle with a budget of $150. What types of things, besides comfort, should I look for in a bike? Also, do any of you know any good bike shops in the Los Angeles area where I can purchase one. Thanks!
$150 on a bicycle…well. I advise you not to buy a new one, if for mountain biking do not get a full suspension model.
I highly suggest you buy a used bike, as it will most likely outlast a new bike of $150.
If you want a new bike, I would suggest spending at least 250-300 for a reliable bike.
