Bicycle Seat Adjustment
why do I slide forward on my bicycle seat?
I Average riding 35-60 miles per trip. My adjustment for my knee / pedal alignment seems ok. No pain, discomfort, etc.. but I tend to slide forward in the saddle. I raised the nose of the saddle slightly and that seemed to help some. Do I need to move the saddle forward and if so would that cause knee pain?

It sounds complicated and is not. Your bike fit is too critical to play with. Follow his plan and you will be off and riding comfortably.
