What’s better a Bicycle Trainer or a bicycle roller?
which is better? and whats the cheapest roller and trainer that i can buy?
I have a trainer because I don’t like falling and wasn’t interested in the learning curve of a roller. Rollers are a more authentic feel and aren’t as loud. Trainers are safer.
You don’t want cheap with either of these or you’ll burn them out pretty fast.
