Yes, they are called generators and available at all bike shops and many large retailers.
I hate generators. They are inefficient, effect the feel and noise of the ride. I prefer either LED headlamp… or a LED / battery powered handlebar light. I like the head lamp. it shine where you look. They are bright, light weight, and the batteries last a long time!
