Robby Gordon not allowed to use Speed Energy logo?
I kind of feel bad for Robby. I think he should be able to keep his logo. Obviously he didn’t intentionally copy the bicycle company’s logo, it just happens to look similar. But I’ve seen other companies with logos that a very similar too.
What do you think?

Well to be honest I don’t feel that bad for him because the 2 logos don’t just look similar, they look exactly alike. Only difference is Robby’s logo has a few extra lines and the edges aren’t perfectly straight like a splash type of thing. Now I know Robby didn’t mean to because I doubt he’s ever seen that logo but the laws are it doesn’t matter if you knew or not, if it looks like you copied the logo then it’s illegal rather you knew it or not. It sucks but laws are laws.
