Bicycle Alarm
HELP! – With Circuit Diagram Designing?
Would this circuit be suitable for a bicycle alarm?

I think its meant to be for a building but…all the circuit alarms for bicycles are too hard to use.
I think this one is suitable because it uses timed exit/entry delays if you follow..
After someone attempts to steal or touch it, the vibration sensor detects this but the alarm should have a warning beep of about 5 seconds. On the second touch my alarm should stop beeping after a fixed time – say 30 seconds.
I want it to have an LED to show when it is operated by the key switch (i.e it is on)
I would like it to be operated by a PIC or CMOS thing, maybe 555 chip.
I have mentioned what it should do when triggered…
So , do you think this circuit fulffils that? ! 
It is really no simpler than the others that you have looked at
What are the requirements of your alarm ?
What should operate it ?
What should it do when triggered
If you want a simple alarm, connect the frame to the mains and wait for the screams !!
